Amphibian Walk and Talk

Is it a Bullfrog, or is it a Green frog? Could it be a Spring Peeper or a Chorus frog? Come to Oakwoods and find out the answers to these and other questions about some our slimy skinned friends. We’ll hit the trail in search of some of our resident amphibians and learn how to tell them apart by some of their subtle differences and even the sounds that they make. This program is entirely outside so please dress for the weather.

Ages: Fun for All Ages!
Time: 10 a.m.– Noon, & 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Cost: $3 per child, $5 per adult; children under 2 are Free!
Location: Oakwoods Metropark, Nature Center

Pre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program.
