Catchin’ Critters Camp

Critters is the name of the game for this three-day camp at Oakwoods Metropark.  Whether they’re smooth and slimy, small and scaly, quick and furry or covered in chitinous exoskeletons, we’ll be searching for them in the woods, ponds and wetlands at our park. You will also discover ways to build small animal traps, where to look for specific animals, and what animals we might expect to find at the park. Bring a sack lunch and water bottle. Ages: 8–14. Please preregister, 734-782-3956.

Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Cost: $60
