Worms! Good for the Garden, what about our Forests?

This informative presentation by Lisa Ruschman will cover the “dirt” about non-native earthworms and the damage they cause to hardwood forest ecosystems. The most common species of worms will be identifies and discussed along with their relationship to the decline of diversity and the spread of invasive plants. Tips on controlling or preventing their spread will be shared as well. This is a WildOnes’ monthly program, free and open to the public.
