On this Sunday after Thanksgiving and eve of November’s full moon, treat yourself to a guided journey into the healing elements of woods and prairie, led by a Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Fee includes healthy snacks, a place to warm up in the Lodge, and the complete sequence of a Forest Therapy immersion as recognized by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Dress in layers for outdoor comfort and plan for leisurely walking of under 1-mile.
