Hike and Bike the Oak Openings

Experience the Oak Openings on foot and on wheels.  Begin your journey at Wiregrass Lake Metropark with a naturalist led hike to discover the beauty that Wiregrass has to offer.  Choose one of the three hour long hikes to register for: 5 pm, 6 pm, or 7 pm.  After the hike, continue exploring the area on your own with a self-paced bike ride along the Mosley trail, a two mile (one way) crushed gravel trail that ends at Secor Metropark. Directions will be provided. Those who finish the bike ride will receive a commemorative water bottle! Registration is not required for the bike ride and you must bring your own bike and helmet.
