Marsh Volunteer Collaborations- Phragmites Removal

Join us to remove Phragmites, a highly invasive species as we canoe Crosswinds Marsh to battle back this plant. Crosswinds Marsh features lush wetlands, a diverse array of rare plants and wildflowers, and an abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, non-native plants and shrubs are crowding out the native plants. By clearing invasive species from our parks, we are creating healthier ecosystems for our native species.
All participants must complete a release form, and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
