Trail Steward Virtual Info Meeting

April–November; Flexible schedule, weekly or bi-weekly commitment

Various Parks

Become a trail steward and help maintain your favorite trail! Trail Stewards commit to walking their assigned trail on a regular basis and keeping it trimmed back according to trail standards. They’ll notify maintenance staff of trail hazards or the need for a larger volunteer workday to get the trail in shape. Experience with pruners/loppers, line trimmers, and leaf blowers is helpful but not required. Training on trail standards, equipment/tools and safety will be provided. Age 18+. For more information about this opportunity, contact Bailey Ballmer at bailey.ballmer@metroparkstoledo.com
