Come join Metroparks as we hope to observe the mesmerizing courtship of the American Woodcock. This cryptic bird performs an amazing dance to attract mates. We will take a short stroll, then watch and wait for their beautiful sunset performance. Field guides and binoculars welcome. Bug spray recommended. Bring a light-weight chair or blanket to sit on. Flashlights and headlamps are also welcome. Open to all ages. Please note that this program requires some quiet downtime as we wait for the birds. Register
